Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and VexraAI ("VexraAI", "we", "us") covering the vexraai.com website, the VexraAI dashboard, and every tool and API we make available (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use VexraAI. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your credentials secret and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
• Accounts are personal — do not share or resell access.

VexraAI is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly video render quota (currently 2 renders on Free, 30 on Pro, and 100 on Business). Quotas reset at the start of each billing period and unused renders do not roll over.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Paddle, which acts as merchant of record.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
• We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to use VexraAI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence;
• is sexually explicit, or depicts or exploits minors in any way;
• impersonates a real person or organisation, including synthetic voice or likeness used deceptively;
• spreads deliberate misinformation, scams, malware, or spam;
• attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent quotas, rate limits, or security controls of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and where required report illegal activity to the authorities.

You keep all rights to the scripts, images, audio, and other material you upload ("Your Content"), and, subject to payment of any fees due, you own the videos you generate with VexraAI. You are free to use them commercially.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely so we can operate and improve the Service on your behalf. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it in public marketing without your written permission.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including any photos of people, brand assets, or third-party music.

VexraAI uses third-party AI models for narration, imagery, and rendering. AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing them and for ensuring they comply with the rules of the platforms you publish to.

We give no guarantee that AI output is unique, factually correct, or free of third-party rights.

The Service itself — including the VexraAI name, logo, interface, templates, and underlying software — remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; nothing more is transferred.

The Service depends on third parties including Paddle (payments), Supabase (database, auth, storage), JSON2Video (rendering), Pexels (stock media), and AI model providers. Their terms also apply to the parts of the Service they power, and outages or changes on their side may affect availability.

We work to keep VexraAI available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using VexraAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete stored project data after a reasonable period, so keep your own copies of finished videos.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use VexraAI after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there — unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
